East + West Research Mixer Sept. 1, 2021 – Topic: UIC Innovation Community Health Advocacy (CHA) Program

Dear Colleagues,

As a reminder, the first E+W Faculty Research Mixer of the semester is taking place on Wednesday, September 1st from 4:30-6:00 p.m. The topic for September is the UIC Innovation Community Health Advocacy (CHA) ProgramCHA is a partnership between UIC and the Jump Simulation & Education Center at OSF Healthcare that brings together faculty researchers and health care professionals to develop innovative solutions to health-related problems in an urban community. Proposals for funding through the CHA program are currently being accepted. UIC faculty and clinicians from OSF Healthcare can jointly apply for up to $75,000 to support collaborative research projects aimed at improving clinical outcomes, increasing access, and improving quality of care for urban communities. The Mixer will feature brief presentations from the following individuals:
